ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is provided for the number of nights stated in your selected package. Your allocated hotel and room arrangement are confirmed within the selected trip details. Takeover Ski works with established accommodation partners in Bansko; facilities vary by package and hotel, so always check the exact trip information before booking.

CERTIFIED HALAL FOOD
Certified halal breakfast and dinner are included in the core package. Food is an important part of the hosted Takeover experience, and guests from every background are welcome. Tell us about dietary requirements before travel; we will consider them carefully, but cannot promise that every possible requirement can be accommodated.

SELECTED TRANSPORT
Selected return transport from Sofia, Plovdiv and Trakia is included where stated in the selected package. Exact pickup locations and timings are confirmed before travel. UK flights and international travel are not automatically included. Airport transfers, UK travel, private transport or alternative pickups may be available separately, subject to confirmation and availability. Check your selected package before booking travel.

ENTERTAINMENT & COMMUNITY
The hosted experience may include welcome activities, social events, fire shows, dance performances, après-ski or evening entertainment where specified. Community activities are designed for students, professionals, first-timers, solo travellers, friendship groups and families. Final schedules and activities can vary and are confirmed closer to departure.

ON-TRIP SUPPORT
The Takeover Ski team helps coordinate arrival information, meeting points, trip guidance, scheduled events, communication before and during the trip, and general assistance throughout the experience. This support does not replace travel insurance, medical assistance or emergency services.

SPA & WELLBEING
Pool, spa and sauna access is included where stated in the selected package. Scheduled women-only spa hours are offered on participating trips and at participating facilities. Exact timings and availability are confirmed in the selected trip information; not every facility is available at every hotel.

Ski equipment, lift passes, helmets, lessons and selected winter activities are optional and charged separately. Once you’ve secured your place with a deposit or full payment, we’ll email you our current booked-guest rates and reservation options through our trusted local partners.
